I charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping within the United States.  All domestic packages are shipped via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air.   International orders will be charged actual shipping costs and will be shipped via Express Mail unless another method is specifically requested.  After your order ships, you will receive an email from me that includes your tracking number so you may track your package during shipment.  If you don't receive your package even after Fed Ex says it was delivered, please contact me so I can follow up with the shipper to determine what happened.

Please allow one week for shipping from the time your order was processed to allow for lab turn-around time.  I inspect every print I receive back from the lab just to make sure that the color is accurate and that there are no blemishes on the print.  Then I ship the print to you, almost always the same day I receive it.

Returns

All images are guaranteed against fading when kept under proper conditions.  If you feel that an image has faded, please send it back to me at your expense.  I will review the damage.  If it has been determined that fading has occurred and it was not due to improper display or storage conditions, you will be sent a replacement image at no charge.  However, if I determine that the image has faded because of improper storage or display, you will be responsible for the cost of a replacement image, or the cost of returning the original image back to you, whichever is your choice.
